Structural CAD Technician - Central London - £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus pension, bonus & benefits

A structural CAD position focused on prestige work with an emphasis on London projects. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment for a highly regarded, medium size practice, a firm providing excellent working conditions and consistently interesting work. It also provides the opportunity to develop invaluable Revit skills. You will work closely with the principal CAD technician and structural design team to produce CAD details and general arrangement drawings.

Company Overview: An independently owned practice employing over seventy staff that has traded successfully for over forty years. Their expertise is in structural, Façade and M&E engineering and they have an international workload. This is a European owned firm, the position is in their long established London office that has a focus on building structures engineering.

Project Workload: An emphasis on new developments, punctuated by high rise schemes, typically up to 40 storeys, and major refurbishments. Projects include student accommodation, hotels, multi-storey residential, education, commercial and healthcare buildings.

Profile Required: You should have an HNC/ HND, degree or equivalent in civil engineering, structural engineering or computer aided design. Four years upwards CAD experience is required, which should have a focus on building superstructures.
