Pearson Carter are currently working with a Cyber Security Partner who are looking to hire a Penetration Tester with expertise in IoT security.

This is a contract role for 1 month initially, this is very likely to be extended further.

Responsibilities:

• tests on different types of system, technologies and IOT devices
• and exploit security vulnerabilities
• the security of embedded systems, firmware, and IoT protocols will be part of your daily activities and you will need to provide detailed reports and recommendations for mitigating identified risks, especially in the IoT context.

Experience:

• of 2 years of proven experience in penetration testing.
• knowledge of IoT security protocols, standards, and best practices.
• experience with Penetration testing on IoT devices, including embedded
• and firmware.
• with common IoT communication hardware protocols.
• of hardware security considerations in IoT devices.
• of IoT-specific vulnerabilities and attack vectors.

This is a on site in Staffordshire
