We are working with a fast-growing full-service accountancy practice to recruit an Assistant Manager General Practice for the office in Horsham. The business provides accountancy, taxation, payroll, advisory and financial planning services to thousands of customers including businesses and individuals / sole traders.

The Assistant Manager General Practice will:
- Process and prepare accounts and tax returns
- Support the Practice Manager with staff scheduling, training and performance reviews
- Manage practice data, reporting and analysis
- Be involved in basic financial management such as invoices, expenses and preparing reports
- Manage client appointments, records and related administrative tasks
Skills & experience required:
- Qualified ACA / ACCA or at a minimum part qualified (AAT)
- Previous related experience in an accountancy practice environment
- Experience working with a range of clients for accounts, tax returns and similar
Salary, hours and company benefits:
- £42,000 to £45,000 based on based on experience and qualifications
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm – fully office based in Horsham
