An established and growing commercial finance brokerage based in Northampton is seeking an experienced Senior Broker to join its expanding sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing broker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to join a supportive, ambitious business with strong in-house infrastructure and marketing support.

The Role You will be responsible for generating and converting new business across a broad range of commercial finance products, including:

Asset Finance

Motor Finance

Business Loans

Merchant Cash Advances

Secured Lending

Invoice Finance

You will receive one-to-one support from management and administration teams, allowing you to focus on originating and closing deals while delivering outstanding service to clients.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Broker within a commercial finance brokerage

Strong track record of performance and revenue generation

Demonstrated ability to generate new business

High level of IT proficiency, including CRM systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills
