The setting is rated 'Outstanding’ by Ofsted and provides children with the unique opportunity to learn and benefit from being in a bilingual environment.Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Room Leader:

• Work as part of a team to ensure your room runs smoothly
• Lead a small team of staff to support the delivery of the nursery’s curriculum, ensuring all children are receiving the best opportunities for learning and development
• Work in partnership with parents/carers and families, building excellent relationships and ensuring an engaging environment with effective learning opportunities
• Be an effective key person
• Ensure that children are kept safe and that all legislation in relation to Health and Safety and Safeguarding is complied with
• Ensure all policies, procedures and core values are adhered to

Essential Skills and Experience Required for our Room Leader:

• An Ofsted recognised Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification
• Experience of working in Room Leader/Senior Practitioner role
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Ability to engage and inspire children through creative and stimulating activities
• Ability to lead and inspire a small team
• Excellent communication skills
• Paediatric First
• Safeguarding
