What You'll Be Doing

From day one, you'll be:

Interviewing and marketing outstanding teaching professionals

Matching talent with the right schools, roles, and opportunities

Partnering with experienced consultants to build long-term client relationships

Managing your time, smashing targets, and earning commission along the way

This is a sales-driven role where results are rewarded and performance is everything.

£28,000 - £30,000 base salary

Realistic first-year earnings of £35,000 - £40,000
