Our client is a fast-growing, multi-award-winning manufacturer of innovative safety products for the construction industry. They are now recruiting a Technical Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time basis!

Benefits:

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
28 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays)

Office-based with occasional travel to client sites, trade shows, and industry events Role & Responsibilities:

Provide product technical support via telephone and email
Prepare quotations and process customer orders
Follow up quotations proactively to drive sales
Create high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD
Handle customer queries to build lasting relationships
Assist users with the clients e-commerce platform
Help with picking, packing, and shipping products
Book goods in and handle admin tasks as needed Required Skills & Experience:

Essential

Strong written and verbal communication
Confident and proactive telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Positive, team-focused attitude Desirable

Experience with AutoCAD
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Background in technical or engineering environments
Previous internal sales experience
