The Impact Academy Training Programme

Our Recruitment Consultant training programme is designed to turn graduates and career changers into successful recruiters.

You will learn:

Candidate sourcing and interviewing
* CV writing and candidate marketing
* Relationship building
* Recruitment compliance and safeguarding
* Sales and business developmentDay-to-Day Responsibilities

Identify and interview teaching candidates
* Build strong relationships with education professionals
* Write candidate profiles and CVs
* Support consultants with school vacancies
* Work towards recruitment targets and KPIsAfter completing the programme, you'll progress into a sales desk managing your own clients and earning uncapped commission.
