Project: Retail Refurbishment
Rate: £290 per shift
Hours: 7:30pm - 5:00am
Duration: 4 weeks

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail refurbishment project in Glasgow on a nightshift basis. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record in delivering retail fit-out or refurbishment projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail refurbishment projects

*

SMSTS certification

*

CSCS Card (Managers or Professionals)

*

First Aid at Work

*

Asbestos Awareness

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations during night shifts

*

Ensure works are completed to programme, quality, and safety standards

*

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client team

*

Maintain accurate site records and daily reports

*

Enforce health & safety compliance at all times

Start Date: Early September
