Site Manager - High-End Residential Project (Knightsbridge)

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end residential project in Knightsbridge. This is a long-term contract role with a leading contractor known for delivering exceptional quality bespoke developments.

The Role:

• Lead and manage external packages with a focus on brickwork, structural steelwork, and roofing.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, maintaining strong communication and site safety.
• Report to the Project Manager and collaborate closely with the wider team.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential or luxury projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of external works, including structural steel, brick façades, and roofing.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
