JAG Talent is partnered with a household name in the media space to hire an interim RTR Manager into the team for 3-4 months project whilst they go through a system & process change. This role offers hybrid working requiring 2 days per week in the office in central Manchester. Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely production of balance sheet, revenue, and cost account reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and aged items.
- Drive the use of ARCS (Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation), centralising reconciliation policies and procedures to ensure consistent user adoption.
- Active involvement with testing ERP regular SaaS releases and other system developments.
- Responsible for embedding a digital mindset and continuous improvement as a way of working. Drive and improve performance, services, and outcomes, Increasing standardisation and automation wherever possible
- Support the audit activities by collaborating with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations during financial audits.
- Work collaboratively with other managers in RTR and across Finance Operations to resolve discrepancies and identify errors, becoming a cohesive and supportive management team for each other
- Active support and involvement with RTR full team meetings
- Support HoD as required
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Equivalent) with 3+ years PQE.
- Experience with Oracle accounting software and ARCS
- Prior experience with managing a RTR Function with exposure to automated reconciliation software.
- Reconciliation specialist mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
