We're recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to join a well-established, people-focused engineering business specialising in precision stainless steel fabrication.

The Role - What You'll Be Doing

TIG welding stainless steel (primarily up to 5mm thickness)
Producing one-off and small batch fabrications
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Carrying out basic fabrication tasks including cutting, forming and finishing
Occasional MIG welding when required
Ensuring high standards of quality and finishThis is not jig work — the role offers variety and requires skill, precision, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel
Ability to weld thin gauge materials to a high standard
Experience with basic fabrication and reading technical drawings
Some MIG welding experience (advantageous but not essential)
A reliable, quality-driven approach and pride in your work
