Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional to lead the development and implementation of HSE policies and management systems across multiple sites. In this role, you will drive the organisation's commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant UK legislation and corporate standards while promoting a proactive safety culture.

You will provide expert guidance to senior leadership, supporting site teams in delivering and monitoring key safety initiatives and ensuring the business meets all required legislative and accreditation standards.

Qualifications / Experience

5+ years of experience in HSE management within the manufacturing industry, preferably across multiple sites

NEBOSH qualified

*

In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the UK

*

Familiar with ISO accreditation processes and audit requirements

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and motivate others toward HSE objectives

*

Demonstrated success in implementing and managing effective HSE programs and initiatives
