Site Manager - 6-8 Week Contract - Gorebridge

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee snagging works on a new build development in Gorebridge. You will be responsible for ensuring works are completed to a high standard, maintaining site safety, and coordinating with trades and contractors to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Valid SMSTS

CSCS Card

*

First Aid at Work certification

*

Previous experience managing snagging and finishing works on new build housing projects

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate snagging and finishing works

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Liaise with subcontractors and client representatives

Monitor progress and maintain quality standards
