We're currently recruiting for Secondary Supply Teachers in Manchester City Centre to support a range of welcoming secondary schools on a day-to-day, short-term, or longer-term basis. You'll be joining supportive secondary schools across Manchester City Centre and surrounding areas, where student wellbeing, inclusion and high standards are valued. Whether you're an experienced teacher, ECT, or looking for a more flexible approach to teaching, this is an opportunity to find a role that works around your availability.

• Delivering engaging lessons across your specialist subject and, where appropriate, general cover

• Following lesson plans and ensuring students remain engaged and on task

• Managing classroom behaviour confidently in line with school policies

• Building positive relationships with students and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Supporting students to make progress and responding appropriately to their individual needs

• Providing feedback to the school following lessons where required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent

• Recent experience teaching within a UK secondary school

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• A confident and professional classroom presence

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to different schools, classes and teaching environments

• A genuine commitment to supporting young people and delivering high-quality education

• ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
