This full-time role runs until July 2026 and provides exceptional training, mentoring, and a springboard into a funded teacher training route starting September 2026.

Role as a Psychology Assistant (SEN TA)
As a Psychology Assistant (SEN TA), you'll support children with special educational needs - including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH. You'll work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support and build children's confidence and resilience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Supporting individual pupils or small groups with SEN

* Implementing intervention plans and emotional support strategies

* Observing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress

* Assisting with behaviour management and classroom routines

* Engaging in ongoing professional development

* A recent psychology graduate with strong academics (2:1 or above preferred)
