Pipefitter/Welder Job - £19.00-£20.00 per Hour | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Overtime Paid

Aspirare Recruitment is seeking experienced Pipefitters/Welders for a leading engineering services company, working across a range of dynamic site locations throughout the Central Belt of Scotland. This temp-to-perm role offers competitive hourly rates, premium overtime, and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position with access to a company van.

Pipefitter/Welder Salary & Benefits

* £19.00 - £20.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

* Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate

* Temp-to-perm role with permanent employment offered after successful probation

* Company van provided upon permanent hire (may be available during temporary period)

* Weekly hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-2:00pm

* Additional weekend and evening work available

Pipefitter/Welder Job Responsibilities

* Carry out full pipefitting and welding duties on stainless and carbon steel pipework

* Work independently or as part of a team on site-based projects

* Support installation and maintenance on distilleries, breweries, waste-to-energy, and food processing facilities

* Ensure compliance with site health and safety standards

Pipefitter/Welder Skills & Requirements

* Proven experience as a Pipefitter and Welder in an industrial or process-driven environment

* Ability to read drawings and fabricate pipework to specification

* Must be reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to various site locations

* Willingness to travel within the Central Belt, with occasional work further afield
