Registered Manager - Children's Home Manager Birmingham£47,500 - £55,000 +bonus Full time - Permanent  We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established 4 bed Children's Home in Birmingham.  The home supports young people with SEMH needs from ages 7-17.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee staffing, referrals, care planning, and compliance
  • Line manage the senior team and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure the home meets Ofsted standards and delivers strong outcomes
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, and business planning
  • Build trusted relationships with external professionals and placing authorities
  • Promote a child-centred, trauma-informed culture
  • Lead on staff development, training compliance, and wellbeing
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience (within the last 5 years) in residential childcare
  • At least 1 year supervising and managing staff in a care setting
  • Achieved Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
