Credit Control Clerk // £22,000

This role is perfect for someone wanting to work in a hands on role where they can have a real input into the business and drive credit control processes forward.

Due to an internal promotion a position within the credit control department has become available.

Duties Responsibilities:

Managing a multi million pound ledger with clients across the UK
Allocating cash to client accounts on a daily basis
Managing a portfolio of 200 clients on a monthly basis
Dealing with client queries and ensuring all are dealt with in a timely manner
Proactive credit control
Credit risk and credit checking new businesses
Dealing with and managing difficult accounts
Process improvement and project development
Ad Hoc finance Duties
Working to targets deadlines

Successful Candidate:

Experience in end to end credit control
Experience managing own portfolio of clients and a multi million pound ledger
Dealing with foreign currencies would be advantageous
Experience in cash allocation
Positive and outgoing attitude
