Company Overview
A Top 20 firm of Insolvency Practitioners, with a strong national presence and an excellent reputation within the market, is seeking a Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join its Manchester office. The firm works on a diverse portfolio of cases across multiple sectors and offers a highly professional and supportive working environment.
The Role
As a Corporate Insolvency Administrator, you will support the delivery of a wide range of corporate insolvency assignments, gaining exposure to complex and high-profile cases. Working closely with experienced Managers and Insolvency Practitioners, you will play a key role in progressing cases efficiently and maintaining high compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and Liquidations
- Prepare statutory documentation, reports to creditors, and general correspondence
- Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other key stakeholders
- Support investigations into company affairs and director conduct
- Assist with asset realisations, including debtor collections and asset disposals
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and best practice
- Work closely with senior staff to progress cases from appointment through to closure
Requirements
- Previous experience within corporate insolvency is essential
- Strong understanding of insolvency processes and legislation
- Studying towards CPI/ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Experience using insolvency case management systems
