About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead onsite delivery teams and oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.You will assess resource requirements, manage productivity, and ensure all team objectives are achieved while maintaining excellent customer relationships. A strong focus on Health, Safety and Environmental compliance is essential, along with effective budget control and service delivery.You will work with key operational, commercial, and contractual KPIs to maximise performance, drive service excellence, and promote continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business growth by strengthening client relationships and supporting the expansion of the company's client base.
About You
You will be a proactive and organised leader with strong operational knowledge and experience managing teams in a construction or refurbishment environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) held for a minimum of 12 months
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction or Management, or equivalent experience
- Black CSCS Card or working towards
- SMSTS qualification
- First Aid at Work certification
- Retrofit or SHDF experience
A company vehicle will be provided
