We are recruiting for an experienced QA Business Partner to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This is a key role responsible for ensuring compliance across quality, health & safety, while driving continuous improvement across the business.

You will act as the central point of contact for all QA-related matters, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards and support operational excellence. With a salary up to £50,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Compliance

* Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS)

* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards

* Lead and coordinate internal, supplier, and external audits

* Manage non-conformances, customer complaints, and corrective actions

* Support bid and tender submissions with QA documentation

Health, Safety & Environment

* Support and promote a safe working environment across the business

* Maintain compliance with HSE legislation and best practices

* Assist with risk assessments and COSHH documentation

* Monitor environmental compliance and ensure actions are completed

Reporting & Coordination

* Produce monthly QA reports, KPIs, and audit schedules

* Coordinate quality meetings and track actions to completion

* Maintain compliance systems and documentation accuracy

* Support ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives

Stakeholder & Contractor Management

* Work closely with department heads to drive QA initiatives

* Manage contractor compliance and documentation

* Ensure all required certifications and records are up to date

* Support training coordination, including online safety platforms

About You

* Proven experience in a QA, compliance, or similar role

* Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001 preferred)

* Experience coordinating or leading audits

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

* Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities
