HGV Class 1 Driver – East Calder

People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Driver – East Calder roles based in East Calder. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable driver looking for consistent work, excellent pay rates, and flexible shift options delivering to major supermarket chains including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and M&S.

Shifts
• Monday to Friday – 16:00 starts
• Weekend work available and flexible if preferred

Rates of Pay
• £17.00 per hour – weekly pay

Day-to-Day Duties
• Driving Class 1 vehicles for multi-drop store deliveries
• Delivering to Tesco, Sainsbury’s and M&S stores
• Managing delivery paperwork and PODs
• Communicating with depot and store staff
• Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods
• Adhering to all driving and vehicle compliance regulations

Essential Skills
• Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
• Valid CPC and Digi Tachograph Card
• Previous supermarket or multi-drop delivery experience beneficial
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• New passes over 25 years old accepted
