Regulatory Reporting & Governance Manager

What you'll be doing:
-Lead and run the UK Risk & Compliance Committee—from agenda setting to execution and follow-ups
-Own end-to-end regulatory reporting, including complaints, fraud, incidents, and FCA notifications
-Design and enhance a data-led compliance monitoring programme
-Provide second-line oversight, challenge controls, and drive remediation
-Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to senior leadership

What we're looking for:
-8-10 years' experience in compliance (ideally within payments or financial services)
Strong expertise in UK regulatory frameworks (FCA, PSRs, EMRs)
-Proven experience in regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, and committee management
-Confidence working with data, metrics, and emerging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)
A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and challenge
