Leaders in Care are currently looking to recruit a Clinical Lead Nurse for a private healthcare group with a passion for excellence. We are recruiting a Clinical Lead Nurse to work within a residential, nursing and Palliative care home in Stirling, Scotland. Their most recent inspection report rating was "Very Good"; both residents and employee reviews are excellent. We are looking for a Clinical Lead nurse for a permanent role on a full-time basis. This position offers a rate up to £20.45 per hour.

We are looking for an experienced RGN, or RMN Registered Nurse with elderly care experience to work as Clinical Lead Nurse.

This is a full time, permanent position, working 33 or 38.5 a week on day shifts.
The shifts are 8am - 8pm.
The salary is negotiable dependent upon experience between £20-£20.50ph (£41,000 on 38.5 hrs a week).

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be overseeing the care of every one of the residents in the care home. Whether you're following up on any resident visits related to ill health, administering prescribed medicines or keeping records to meet statutory legal requirements, you'll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else.

You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.
