A rapidly growing, high-performing consultancy is seeking a Principal Compliance Consultant to join its expanding team. This is a senior, hands-on consulting role, offering the opportunity to shape regulatory solutions for clients, develop new propositions, support business development and provide leadership across project teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple compliance and regulatory advisory projects
• Develop bespoke, pragmatic solutions for clients across financial services and adjacent regulated sectors
• Act as the senior point of contact for client engagements, managing delivery, quality and communication
• Support business development through thought leadership, proposals and relationship growth
• Provide leadership and direction to senior consultants and associate resources
• Contribute to firmwide growth initiatives, proposition development and strategic objectives
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure clients receive accurate, practical and timely advice

About You

• Extensive compliance experience within financial services, consulting or a regulatory body
• Deep understanding of the UK regulatory framework (FCA Handbook, guidance, supervision and enforcement)
• Strong project leadership skills, including managing budgets, teams and client expectations
• Commercially focused, with the ability to spot opportunities and build trusted relationships
• Excellent communicator with strong analysis, problem-solving and presentation skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
