Commissioning Engineer

Location: London & South East
Job Type: Full-timeWe are currently seeking a Commissioning Engineer with expertise in CCTV and Access Control Systems (ACS), including familiarity with systems such as Genetec, C-Cure, Avigilon, Honeywell, and Gallagher. This role is primarily focused on Central London construction projects, making it a pivotal position within our operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

Commission and configure various security systems including CCTV and ACS across multiple projects in Central London and the South East.
Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure installations meet design specifications and operational standards.
Work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of security systems.
Provide technical support and guidance on the installation and configuration of security systems.
Document commissioning processes and provide detailed reports on system status, including any issues encountered and solutions implemented.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all commissioning activities.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Commissioning Engineer in the security systems industry, particularly with CCTV and ACS.
Proficient in handling and configuring security technologies such as Genetec, C-Cure, Avigilon, Honeywell, and Gallagher.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple commissioning projects simultaneously.
