Job Title: Coffee Service Engineer

Location: Midlands (Field-Based)

Salary: £32,500 - £34,000 + Overtime + Private Use of Company Vehicle

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (No Weekends)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Coffee Service Engineer to join our growing technical team covering the Midlands region. This is a field-based role responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial coffee equipment at customer sites.

This position would suit an engineer currently working on catering equipment, dishwashers, vending machines, or similar electro-mechanical equipment who is looking to specialise in coffee machines. Full product training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a specialist sector.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, servicing, and preventative maintenance of commercial coffee machines

Diagnosing and repairing faults on-site

Carrying out routine maintenance and equipment checks

Providing excellent customer service while on customer premises

Managing your own schedule of service calls across the Midlands

Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records

Ensuring work is carried out in line with company and health & safety standards

Requirements

Experience working with electrical/mechanical equipment (e.g. catering equipment, dishwashers, vending machines, or similar)

Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Full UK driving licence

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently in a field-based role

What We Offer

Salary: £32,500 - £34,000 (depending on experience)
