Prospero Teaching is expanding our Leeds office and we're looking for driven Senior Consultants to grow our presence across South Yorkshire, East Riding, and North Lincolnshire.

💼 Responsibilities:

Business Development - Drive growth by developing new school partnerships and nurturing existing ones through regular school visits and account management.
Candidate Sourcing - Attract, interview, and place high-quality education professionals in temporary and long-term roles.
Sales Focused - Manage a full 360 desk with a focus on smashing commission and contributing to team billings.
Compliance Management - Ensure all placements meet strict DfE and safeguarding standards.✅ Requirements:

Proven experience in education recruitment (1-2 years minimum)
Strong billing history and track record of target achievement
Excellent relationship-building skills
