The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Graduate or experienced Building Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading national property consultancies in their growing Telford office.

This highly respected firm is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to support a diverse portfolio of work across both public and private sectors. The Telford team is expanding, and this role offers the perfect platform for a surveyor to build their experience and progress towards RICS chartered status within a supportive, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Degree-qualified in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
A minimum of 12+ months' relevant experience in building surveying or construction (refurbishment or minor works projects)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and build strong relationships
Demonstrated ability to support project delivery with sound contract administration and organisational skills
A clear focus on ongoing professional development, including the ambition to achieve RICS chartership
