Working under the direction of the Head of Finance you will provide high-quality financial business partnering to senior leaders ensuring financial compliance, robust reporting and excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide an efficient, professional and insightful finance business partnering service.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and year-end forecasts, delivering clear variance analysis and supporting commentary.
- Work closely with senior leaders to develop annual budgets and support financial planning.
- Carry out financial modelling and scenario planning to support strategic decision making.
- Advise and support budget holders, ensuring they have accurate, timely information and understand their financial responsibilities.
- Maintain high-quality data within finance systems and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and guidance.
- Support funding claims, grant applications and value-for-money reviews.
- Attend senior leadership meetings as required and contribute to ongoing financial planning conversations.
