Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their team, so we are keen to speak with people with a strong background within administration.

Position: Administration Assistant  

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6pm  

Salary: Up to £20,000 per annum DOE

The job will involve…

  • Sending emails on behalf of both Buying and Sales departments
  • Monitoring multiple email mailboxes
  • Answering telephone - first point of contact for the business
  • Travel arrangements for Buyers / Sales
  • Helping to organise events
  • Arranging transport for both goods sold and goods purchased (UK & Europe)
  • Sorting and consolidating commodity codes and countries or origin for all products in stock
  • Entering prices for buying offers
  • Updating all sales data
  • Putting together & checking haulage invoices for Accounts to process
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • General office duties Key Skills - Admin Assistant
