This is not a scripted call centre role — it's a chance to be part of a consultative sales team where you'll work closely with marketing experts, represent clients across sectors, and develop a highly transferable skillset.

THE ROLE

As a Sales Executive, you'll manage the full sales journey on behalf of various clients — from outbound prospecting to closing sales. You'll become a trusted extension of each client's business, adapting quickly to different sectors and contributing to real commercial growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads

* Managing follow-ups from digital marketing campaigns

* Owning the full sales pipeline: outreach, follow-up, and closing

* Joining client calls and meetings as a professional representative

* Collaborating with internal marketing teams to enhance lead quality

* Building lasting relationships with decision-makers

* Keeping accurate records and updating CRM systems regularly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* 2+ years' experience in telesales or outbound sales

* Strong communication skills and a professional, engaging phone manner

* Fast learner with the ability to understand and sell a wide range of services

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using digital tools/CRMs

* Self-motivated, well-organised, and adaptable

* Full UK driving licence and access to transport preferred
