Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager looking to lead and inspire? We are seeking a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children's residential homes in Leyland. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 7-17 with complex needs, trauma backgrounds, and emotional or behavioural challenges.

You will be responsible for ensuring both homes deliver outstanding, therapeutic care, maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations, and support a dedicated team of childcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of two children's homes, ensuring regulatory compliance.

*

Lead, develop, and support staff teams, promoting a culture of excellence and reflection.

*

Implement care strategies tailored to each child's needs, tracking progress and outcomes.

*

Oversee budgets, resources, and operational planning across both homes.

*

Prepare for Ofsted inspections and maintain continuous improvement.

*

Build strong partnerships with local authorities, social workers, education, and health professionals.

*

Safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times.

Requirements:

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

*

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.

*

Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.

*

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

*

Experience managing multiple homes or teams is desirable.

*
