Job Description:

Position: Registered Manager Complex Care

Location: Chelmsford, UK

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our Complex Care services in Chelmsford, UK. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Complex Care services in Chelmsford

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation, including CQC standards

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

* Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff, ensuring high-quality care is delivered at all times

* Create and implement care plans for clients with complex medical needs

* Monitor and review care plans regularly to ensure they meet the changing needs of clients

* Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the service

* Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and in line with legal requirements

* Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of care

* Handle any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

* Participate in on-call duties as required

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role in a complex care setting

* Registered Manager's Award or equivalent qualification

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Proven experience in managing and developing a team

* Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions

* Good understanding of complex care needs and ability to create effective care plans

* Proficient in using computer systems and software

* Must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
