A leading supply chain organisation is looking to add a Customer Service Coordinator to their already well established team. Your overall responsibility is to be the main point of contact for a specified group of consumers and stores ensuring all communication regarding delivery and execution is carried out in a timely and accurate manner.


Receiving all consumer bookings and applying these to sales in a timely and professional manner.
Responsible for arranging deliveries and liaising with relevant transport planner
Receiving claims and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and accurately and entered onto the relevant system.
Ensuring all sale contracts are moved within the specified contract period or agreeing course of action for contracts not moved in the contract period.
Maintains good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Deals with all day-to-day administration processes relevant to the forwarding department.
Monitors weight returns for all relevant contracts on a regular basis and takes appropriate action to chase when appropriate.
Person Specification:

Experience in a service / operations coordinating role preferably within a fast paced supply chain, distribution, manufacturing or production operation
Excellent communication skills
To be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Package & Benefits:

Pension - 4% employer contribution
Core Hours (Mon-Fri = 08:30-17:00)
