Procurement Business Partner - Bradford - £400 a day (umbrella)

A Local Authority is seeking an Interim Procurement Business Partner to lead complex, high-value procurement projects and drive value through innovation, compliance, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end procurement from market engagement to contract award.
Advise senior leaders on business cases and service specifications.
Ensure compliance with UK/EU procurement legislation and governance.
Embed social value and sustainability in procurement activity.
Develop contract management and supplier relationship strategies.
Requirements:

CIPS Level 5 (or working towards).
Proven experience in public sector procurement or commissioning.
Strong knowledge of procurement legislation and frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Able to manage multiple projects effectively
