Your Role:
As a Financial Services Administrator , you’ll be an integral part of the team, assisting experienced paraplanners and financial advisors. Duties include:

- Sending out Letters of Authority promptly.
- Contacting pension and investment providers to gather information.
- Completing information checklists upon receipt of information.
- Creating plan summaries on receipt of LOA information.
- Carrying out anti-money laundering (AML) checks using SmartSearch.
- Processing new business applications, following up with providers, and updating client files with any progress.
- Completing processing checklists, accurately updating New Business Book record, and creating fee invoices on Xero.
- Sorting, scanning, and distributing incoming mail.
- Franking outgoing mail and delivering this to the Post Office.
- Completing cash balances carefully, making sure calculations are correct and recorded on the task.
- Setting up meeting rooms ahead of time to make sure they are tidy and ready to use.
- Arranging drinks and refreshments for client and internal meetings to create a welcoming environment.
- Answering incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support

- Ideally, some basic understanding of financial services or a related field (but full training will be provided!).
