My client in Haddenham is looking for a Workshop Operative.

The duties of the Workshop Operative will be to:

* Provide labouring tasks to all departments.

* Putting stock away and packing up equipment and accessories.

* Ensuring all who enter workshop and yard areas comply with Health and Safety and company procedures including all employees, visitors, and drivers are signed in and wearing the correct PPE as required.

* Bank vehicles where required into and out of workshop yard and manage transport movement around our premises.

* Ensuring the dispatch area is tidy and equipment put away in designated areas.

* Loading and unloading customer vehicles using suitable lifting aids such as Forklift and pallet truck and ensuring orders are correct, when requested.

* Keeping workshop and yard areas clean and tidy at all times.

To be successful in this Workshop Operative role you will need to be:

* Efficient

* Organised

* Have attention to detail and be able to work on your own as well part of a team.

* Driving licence is required.

* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Working Hours for this Workshop Operative are 8.30 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with overtime available.

Will need to be flexible as will be required to work early/stay late on occasions.

Salary 22-24K depending on experience
