Are you an experienced Credit Controller or a customer service professional looking to dive into the world of Credit Control? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a thriving company in Bristol and play a key role in managing and optimising their credit processes.

Your Role:

As a Credit Controller, you will work closely with the Credit Control Manager to maximise cash collections and maintain the health of the company's ledger. You'll handle both due and overdue debts, building strong relationships with internal and external customers, and tackling challenging accounts head-on.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and reducing aged debt

Escalating accounts when necessary

Proactively resolving queries

Preparing reports and participating in debt calls with internal stakeholders

Processing credit card payments as required

Previous experience in credit control or phone-based customer service
