A well-established civil engineering contractor is seeking experienced and driven Site Managers to join their team on a permanent basis. With a growing and diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
?? What You’ll Be Doing: - Leading site operations and managing day-to-day activities across a range of civil engineering projects
- Ensuring health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are met
- Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Managing site documentation and reporting
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation on-site
�? What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in site management within civil engineering or construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
