Our client is a global law firm is recognised as a leader in private equity, M&A, complex corporate matters, restructuring, litigation, and intellectual property, with a long-established international presence across numerous offices worldwide and a lawyer headcount placing it among the largest in the profession.

The role

In your new role as a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a central role in shaping the attorney development experience across their international offices. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Tracking firmwide training programmes coordinating local attendance and partnering closely with Knowledge Partners.
• Overseeing L&D related onboarding and departure processes.
• Collaborating with US Counterparts and Knowledge Partners to manage LMS content.
• Assigning compliance courses to new attorneys and ensuring completions stay on track.
• Monitoring visa expiry dates and managing the full verification and renewal process with attorneys.
• Handling LMS administration.
• Supporting Inclusion initiatives and Firm events, helping to build a collaborative and inclusive culture.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience in a learning & development role, ideally, within a law firm.
• A strong service mindset with exceptional communication skills and confidence dealing with attorneys and staff at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• To be collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
