£8.44 - £9.14 per hour (£16,020 - £17,459 per annum) plus weekend enhancements

Full and part-time hours available

We are looking for Support Workers close to the Much Hadham area of Hertfordshire to join a charitable organisation with excellent values. They offer continuous commitment to each individual to give them the best quality of life.

This job is an easy commute from Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertford and surrounding areas. You do not require experience as fantastic, comprehensive training is provided.

Our client who is a locally based charitable organisation provides high quality specialist care and support to people of all ages with complex neurological conditions, epilepsy and associated disabilities. They operate a number of Residential Care bungalows (with nursing and therapy support), for over 100 young adults. Based in beautiful parkland, but also close to nearby towns and amenities

As their Support Worker, you will provide support services to help the residents live as independently as possible. You will help residents participate in leisure activities that they love such as horse-riding and swimming, assisting with personal care and carrying out general domestic duties. You will make a real difference and allow vulnerable people to maximise their potential and live life to the full.

* Full time (5 shifts a week including 2 in 4 weekends) and part time hours (2-3 shifts per week);

* Mixture early shifts and late shifts (07:15 – 14:45 and 14:15 – 21:45 with 20 minutes paid break;
