Job Responsibilities:

Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Document and track all support requests using our ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues as necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Contribute to the development of support documentation and FAQs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Strong understanding of computer systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Basic networking knowledge is advantageous.
