The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who is passionate about delivering a smooth and supportive exams experience for students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Exams Team across all campuses, ensuring compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations, and overseeing the planning and delivery of all internal and external assessments.

You'll need to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and motivate a team. You'll be confident using digital systems and committed to continuous improvement in exams operations.

You'll be leading on all aspects of the exams cycle—from registrations and scheduling to results and reporting—while working closely with curriculum, support, and estates teams to ensure seamless delivery.

The ability to travel between campuses is essential.
