Milk Education is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support our partner primary schools across North Manchester and Oldham, on both short- and long-term contracts.

Role Overview:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in the day-to-day running of the classroom, either in EYFS, KS1 or KS2. You will work with groups of children and, when required, provide one-on-one support to individual students. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 08:30am to 15:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant: Role & Responsibilities:

* Promote inclusion and acceptance of all children.
* Provide consistent support to children, responding to their individual needs.
* Collaborate with the teacher on lesson planning, evaluation, and adjustments.
* Deliver catch-up sessions to support student progress.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant: Non-Negotiables:

* Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above).
* Recent experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEND, within the past two years.
* Passion for education and supporting children's development.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Ability to work under the guidance of the teacher.
