Job Title: Graduate / Assistant Town Planner
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

About the Role:
We are actively supporting a small, growing planning consultancy in Manchester who are looking for a Graduate or Assistant Town Planner to join their team of 3; supporting the directors and working alongside the other assistant planner within the team. You'll work on a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, education, and local plans, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to all aspects of the planning process.

Responsibilities:
·Assisting with planning applications and site appraisals
·Preparing planning reports and documents
·Supporting the team on a range of projects and client consultations
·Conducting research into planning policies and regulations

Ideal Candidate:
·Degree in Town Planning (or related field)
·Some experience in planning ideal (through work or internships)
·Strong communication skills
·Proactive and eager to learn
·Ability to work well in a small team
