About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover, based in our Berlin office. In this role, you will partner with global stakeholders and support leaders across multiple regions, delivering strategic and operational HR support within a fast-paced, international environment. 🌍
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational design
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
- Lead and support change management initiatives across global teams
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (Talent, Reward, L&D) to implement HR programs
- Analyse people metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making 📊
- Ensure compliance with local labour law and company policies, particularly within Germany and wider EMEA
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
About You
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a global or matrix organisation
- Strong knowledge of German employment law; broader EMEA exposure is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders
- Experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is highly desirable
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
