Business Development Manager
Remote (Ideally positioned Oxfordshire/Gloucestershire)
£50k -£60k (DOE) + Car Allowance + Commission + Benefits
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our high-performing Sales team.
This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a role focused on new business growth and strategic client relationships across the UK. You'll help shape the future of facilities management services by bringing innovative offerings to a wider client base.
🔹 What you'll do:
* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
* Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive retention and upsell
* Create and execute strategic sales plans to hit ambitious revenue targets
* Deliver compelling proposals, lead sales presentations, and close contracts
* Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
🔹 What you'll bring:
* Strong B2B sales experience - ideally in FM, property management, or related sectors
* A proven track record of winning large contracts and exceeding targets
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience selling seasonal or budget-sensitive services (preferred)
* Confidence with CRM systems (we use Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Office
