Training Administrator

Our client, a leading professional body for businesses and professionals, is looking to add to its already strong training team. They are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service and administration, with experience in an education or training environment ideally. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment bringing an excellent level of energy to your role. Organisational skills are essential as is an exceptional ability to communicate with people on multiple platforms.
* Successfully working with the senior training coordinator to our agreed strategic business plan to achieve Training sales targets.
* Identifying and following up potential business opportunities.
* Continue to service customers after the initial sale and build a long-term business relationship.
* Liaising with venues and trainers to ensure the calendar of training courses runs smoothly.
* To maintain administrative records for the training courses, ensuring both the website and database details are accurate and up to date.
* Support Accounts by ensuring invoices are raised and paid in a timely manner.
* Work with all areas of the business to ensure that the business maximises opportunities across the full range of its products and services.
* Answering the training team e-mail inbox within the agreed sla.
* Taking payments for training courses.
* Consultancy enquiries.
* Support all areas of the business to answer telephone enquiries and provide general administrative support.

The position is Monday to Friday, business working hours.
